1. Is my booking confirmed?
If the booked apartment is available, Oxygen Apartments will send you a confirmation. Upon acceptance of the guest’s reservation, an accommodation contract is formed between Oxygen Apartments and the guest. Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to set industry restrictions such as minimum stays, booking guarantees, and security deposits for specific dates.
2. Can I cancel my reservation?
A guaranteed reservation can be canceled free of charge by providing the reservation number and subject to the cancellation conditions stated. After the notice period has expired, termination is excluded and Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to receive the agreed compensation less any costs saved. If a reservation is guaranteed for several days and the guest does not show up, all nights including the second night will be canceled and no further nights will be available to the guest. You may cancel your reservation 10 days prior to arrival, but please note that the online booking fee paid as part of the reservation is non-refundable in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Can I pay upon arrival?
Guests must prepay in full for the booked accommodation services. Valid payment methods are MasterCard, Visa card, and bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to debit the deposited payment instrument for any unpaid amounts for additional services used or additional charges resulting from the violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
4. How early can I check in?
Upon request and subject to availability, early arrivals (early check-in) can be pre-arranged at Oxygen Apartments. There is no contractual right to early check-in.
5. Where do I leave the keys at check-out?
Unless otherwise agreed, keys provided must be handed over to Oxygen Apartments or a third party designated by the accommodation provider on the agreed departure date or, if agreed, left in the apartment. A fee of EUR 40.00 will be charged if the keys or keycards handed over are lost or not handed over on departure. Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to claim compensation from the guest for any resulting damage as long as it exceeds the amount of EUR 40.00. This includes the cost of replacing the affected locking system if required for security reasons.
6. Can I smoke on the premises?
Oxygen Apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is therefore prohibited in common areas, guest apartments, balconies, and/or terrace areas. In the event of infringement, Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to charge the guest €200.00 in compensation for cleaning costs, including loss of sales due to the inability to rent the apartment. This amount will be set higher if Oxygen Apartments proves higher damage. Tampering with or blocking emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and fire alarms is prohibited. Violations will result in a fine of €150.
6. Are parties allowed?
Parties are not allowed in the Oxygen Apartments.
In case of any violation, Oxygen Apartments reserves the right to claim the guest for damages. This includes cleaning costs that are payable separately, including loss of sales due to the inability to rent the apartment as a result. 7. Can I bring my pet along?
It is not allowed to bring a pet with you. However, exceptions are dogs for the blind, deaf, and other comparable service dogs. These may be carried free of charge and at any time on presentation of proof.
